Banned, disabled, or new users, won't show up in the RedRep name automation. It will show up as undefined. You'll have to use the manual method to grab the undefined. If they are old rep, 99% chance it was IW on one of his banned accounts.
I'll probably update the database for new users next year, or if new users are getting too frisky, I can do it sooner.
