110 emails in 52 email chains found on Clinton's server contained information that was classified at the time they were sent or received.

But NONE of that matters... because ~1~ Dem would have gotten her off the hook in a trial anyway.

The fact that they FOUND emails her team deleted means she broke two laws. But of course.. she didn't do it "intentionally" Tho she did.

His campaign is hurting the GOP badly- their voter identification is already down like 3% in the past few months. We only have two major political parties. When one of them becomes nothing but a highly concentrated group of sexist, homophobic, white resentment voters who are so rabidly anti-government that they delight in causing the very government dysfunction that they purport to despise- we're giving the worst of this country too much power.

It's not good for anyone on either side. This country works when we have two functional parties whose compromises create policies that are better than what either side could have done alone.

1) The irony here is your assumption that it's the Democrats who've been playing partisan on this whole thing. This entire thing came out of the Benghazi hearings. And the whole notion that she was about to be indicted any day came from the right-wing media. Newsflash- it was VERY partisan. But that didn't come from the left.

2) You're VERY wrong. According to: the FBI, the State Department, the CIA, and every legal expert out there. The laws weren't written to prosecute these situations, which is why no one is going to indict. Just admit you had no idea what you were talking about and move on with your life.

Actually Jarv, I said that the there was no publicly available evidence that she originated anything classified at the time.

I also repeatedly said the FBI could find more, but that they wouldn't find grounds for an indictment.
