    Arite, it looks like you need a little fuck-yourself how-to.

    One - get a screen logger. Something like CamStudio. It's recording software. Install it on his computer. Record it for a week.
    Two - put a camera in your office with him. Have it all recorded.
    Three - Make copies.
    Four - Do this for the entire week for yourself as well. Record every minute so that your partner cannot refute it, saying you were jerking off just like he was. Make sure they are separate, so you can add it in after he throws that comment out, so it discredits him. This will further your cause heavily.
    Five - Send it to your Responsibility Office, or your QC, whatever. The people that gauge employee behavior and whether they're being fucktards.
    Six - Send an extra copy to the manager ABOVE your boss.
    Seven - After all that, THEN send a copy to the manager above YOU and YOUR COWORKER.

    We've all had lazy workmates. I'm not sure that going all scorched earth on them is the answer though.

    I have never done well with people putting work on other people. In my line of work, that causes very dangerous risk and injuries. But, you may have a small point that she shouldn't go straight to eleven with it.

    You DO have to tell someone first that has sway in the situation you'll put yourself into. One that can back you up that it was necessary to reveal their unprofessional workplace behavior. So, I do understand what you're saying. It kind of hinges on being allowed to do it by the people you work for. And whether or not they want to expose an unproductive member of their workforce.

    Nah man. Installing third party software (particularly surveillance software) into a workplace computer is a Big Deal. IT would flip the fuck out, and even if her immediate supervisor agreed to it, he might be fired along with her. She might also not be in a 'one party consent' state.

    Anyway from her posts the guy sounds more like a bag of dicks than anything really requiring major action.
