Not that I've experienced. I sleep on my back, the worst position for having something in your throat. Tuck it under your tongue, near the root, and it will dissolve slowly, keeping your throat moist while you try to sleep. And it doesn't move then. By the time it's small enough to slip out, it's not an impediment to cause choking.
Its not just dry mouth WHILE sleeping. My mouth is sandy right fucking now. I've been chugging tea and water and I feel like I'm choking on my own sandmouth.
:| I have to go have a breast ultrasound at 1, then go back to work until 6. /cry
I JUST WANT TO TAKE A NAP.

Chew sugar free gum.
I wish I could chew gum without excruciating jaw pain. :|
Hence why I didn't get nicotine gum to help me quit smoking. I haven't been able to have gum since I was 15.

Sweetie if you have any more issues, we may have to put you out of your misery. Christ almighty.
You need a good meal, a great shag, and an amazing nap. Seriously.
We need to throw Gnome a party IRL and celebrate her life. To happiness!
And then take her to the docs because she needs some help. Seriously, docs are sposed to fix you! This is a PC outrage!
