Then replace it! Most transmitters have user replaceable batteries even if accessing it isn't always immediately obvious (mine requires removing the emergency key first for instance).

I ruined my tiny phillips head screwdriver attempting to change the battery. Apparently Honda thinks it's funny to use loctite. You've even shamed me to get the spare key from the junk drawer. It's all unworn and new, just shining with a glorious purpose.

Watched the commercial on YouTube, and the most hilariously WTF thing happened. I read that article, went onto youtube, saw a whole thing about the lost puppy and truck and all that... and the ad BEFORE it loaded the godaddy commercial was this. I sniffled a little because it was uplifting... then I saw that it was loading the GoDaddy commercial. I sort of facepalmed.

This really made me sniffle.

100% this. This is just dumb. It's meant to be tongue-in-cheek laughable. While I didn't find the commercial that funny, it wasn't meant to be regarded as a way to sell dogfighting dogs online.

I'm always a little astounded how people jump to the conclusions that support their pet (er personal) agenda. Clearly the commercial was advocating Hitler, dogfighting and kicking babies.
