Spent over three hours last night drunksitting my cousin after she got suuuuper trashed on homemade wine and was overcome by some emotional shit about her relationship with her mother and little sister that she keeps bottled up. And then I made a 4am trip to go get her an inhaler.

Being the sober one is really frown worthy some nights.

I got volunteered to stay behind and manage support while the rest of my team is in training. Getting slammed with escalated issues. At least I've get to drink at work.

I took a quick look at the Amazon toy lightning deals page and the 30th anniversary Voltron was about to go on sale. I was like fuck yeah, someone is getting that for Christmas, then it went on sale, and it was $170.

Some recruiters are such idiots. It's fine if you email me out of the blue, and it's fine if you tell me about this position that I'm overqualified for and for which I would never consider leaving my company. Just respect it when I tell you so, and if you have a more suitable position, let me know all of the details when I ask for them (including compensation, culture, work-life balance, etc.). Don't then expect me to spend my time coming to your office to meet with you to find a job that I'm not even looking for in the first place, before you're willing to give up the details like compensation, culture, work-life balance, etc. You don't need to meet with me to find out what I would consider making a move for. I fucking told you what I would be willing to consider 5 fucking emails ago, you daft cunt. I'm always open to new possibilities, but when you seek me out because I'm a great candidate and you see dollar signs in my resume, you'd better fucking cater to me and not expect me to cater to you like those who are unemployed should and would do.

Is McDonald's trying to steal you away from Arby's? Don't those bastards know roast beef > hamburgers.

lol right!? Also, I'm pretty sure McDonald's isn't based out of Atlanta. Now if you had said Chick-Fil-A, you'd have been on to something... (and yes, I have had a recruiter try to get me to interview with them, too. They even sent me this video of a staff accountant talking about how awesome it is to work for CFA, lol).

Wait, you turned down Chick-Fil-A? Even after watching the video of someone telling you how awesome it is to work there?!
