They will go for the deep pockets.. the hotel owners/franchiser. It's unlikely they would try to go after me since I haven't been there in over 9 years.. but they could.
So far, they haven't really responded to my email except for some pencil pusher saying they will look into it.
I honestly have no interest in helping them at this point. Fuck 'em.

Not sure how they handle it there, varies by state and all. I believe on first offense for an underage it is 500 for the bartender and 5 grand for the bar. 2nd is basically double and loss of license.
Buying from an unlicensed(untaxed) vendor is immediate loss of license.
Don't see how it'd land on the person who hit the license, since you license the bar/establishment and not an individual. I don't know why they even need you... Or were you marked as proprieter?

In Florida, you have to go to the Police Department to get your background checked and fingerprinted to get the license.. and it's in the name of the owner typically. We were owned by a REIT, so it fell to me being the manager.
