Also, as a business owner, I hope Daniel Snyder fights the name change to the very end. If someone wants to change the name of the Washington redskins they should purchase the team from him. Changing the name would effect his business. The redskins are a premium name in the nfl and have been one of the most profitable teams in all of sports for years. Change nothing.

No, to answer your question. If you came up to me on the street and tried to offend me, I'd likely smile and keep moving. I disagree. The patent thing means nothing. They've been trying to change the name redskins since the 80's.

Daniel Snyder and the redskins have serious issues when the other owners of nfl teams come out against him. That hasn't happened yet and likely will never happen.

The redskins will continue to sell out their games and sell merchandise. People will continue to watch the games. It is inevitable.
