If you can't win by normal, legal means, get the gov't to do it. They will have to change their name now because counterfeiters can now legally use their logo on team merchandise.

Seems like a dumb thing to do. Just change it already, sell everyone new jerseys.

Second time this has happened. Native Americans lost on appeal last time b/c the judge said they didn't have standing and threw out the case. (no ruling on merits) It'll be interesting to see how the judge who gets the case this time rules on standing. (I'm not sure how they don't have standing in a case about a disparaging trademark...)
