That makes it totally real. It isn't like black students get suspended more or anything, or documented racial bias in our justice system doesn't go that way. It's also in relation to not quite the point I was making but a different one.

And I am saying that there is some sort of belief in the existence of this, that is not just by some Conservatives. You can also look up "Fighting Words" where it could be totally and legally justified.
