Is this that diversion/deflection thing you're always blaming other people for doing?

    No, that's just sarcasm.

What you did was the diversion/distraction thing. Even though I linked the article and the explanation you still managed to respond with 1) It doesn't say how we're causing it and 2)"Do they suggest we quit breathing".

    Diversion then distraction.

Well, normally a person would prove me wrong, and point out specifically how I'm wrong, not give a sarcastic response. This article you linked says that humans produce CO2 and CO2 causes global warming, therefore, humans cause global warming. It also says (towards the end, not sure if you got this far):

"Results from the best available climate models do not predict abrupt changes in such
systems (often referred to as tipping points) in the near future. However, as warming
increases, the possibilities of major abrupt change cannot be ruled out. "

Like all climate change stuff published by anyone, the entire thing is speculation. Has the earth warmed 1 degree in the last 164 years? Yes. Do we produce more CO2 now than we did in 1850? Yes. Is there a direct correlation? Eh...they think so.

Another gem from your linked article:

"The current CO2-induced warming of Earth is therefore essentially irreversible
    on human timescales."

There, I've given examples from your article about why I deny it and why I say we can't fix it...as far as discounting the people who are trying to do something about it, well...they pretty much do that on their own. How can you not make fun of some idiot on TV telling you how dire of a situation we're in and the only way to save the world is his green-energy business (that he just happens to have a 30% stake in).

So, your not denying that Co2 causes global warming, nor denying that humans are producing CO2, but by quoting this section, you're simply stating that just because it's not gonna kill us tomorrow, you don't care?

So basically, "we do not understand why the models are not mirroring recent actual results, so it must be man-made warming, as our model is infallible otherwise"

I'm not a scientist but it has been roughly 20 degrees below average everyday in May for my location in MN. Unseasonably cold temps and excessive rain is playing yet another round a havoc in the upper midwest AG industry. I'm betting these farmers wouldn't mind a little bit of global warming haha.

What the what? What corner of Minnesota do you live in? It's been about average for spring I would say, maybe a little bit behind. Nothing compared to last years frigid spring. At least that's the case in most of the state. Cold as can be this winter though. For sure.
I don't use Lich. If you want to do business with me, contact me via PM, IG, or on AIM. Or maybe use smoke signals. Don't like it, get off of my lawn.

Winter in MN sure decided to stick around longer that usual, I'll say that much. Usually early April I'm sitting on the patio of Psycho Suzi's for my Birthday. Sure wasn't the case this year.

I'm in Moorhead now. The average temp is 66+ degrees at this time of year and we are barely breaking 50. Last year was just as bad with planting happening Early-Mid June.
I'm from Crystal/New Hope and you have to think of your city temp vs actual temp when living there.
One of my good friends works at Psycho Suzi's, not a shabby place.
