    You: Diversion tactic.
Positive proof that you are not intellectually superior to anyone.

Wait, what? It was in direct relation to what you posted.

cwolff: Ross introduced himself by his current job, a journalist, whereas Moore introduced himself by his former job, an environmental activist. It's not fair because Moore doesn't say he makes money from this debate.
Me: Actually Ross' job at the time was an author and speaker about the environmental movement. He gets paid for this type of stuff. He was no longer a journalist.
cwolff: No more of your diversionary tactics!

I've never, ever stated that I am intellectually superior to everyone. Just certain people who make it painfully obvious that they are dumber than 95% of the human population.
It's lazy. I'm sure there's any number of things that you could make legitimate conservative points about. Obama's most recently announced educational policy? Really fucking seriously bad. Instead we get you cut and pasting something in from some Republican aggregator that tries to make a racist NBA owner out to be A. political (he hasn't been since the 1990s) (Compared to Cuban - Libertarian, DeVoss - Republican, and Paul Allen - Democrat, he's hardly anything http://basketball.realgm.com/article/216307 ) which you quickly follow up with a link that tries to imply that Democrats are too sensitive about racism. I'm sure if if was actually your own views there wouldn't be that sort of glaring disconnect.

Your 95% statement right there? One of those things I was talking about. If 95% of America thought exactly like you we would live in a right wing fantasy.

If you wanted to get this back on topic you could take my mention of David Frum as an example of a Democratic shill in Republican clothing or you could suggest actual points against environmentalists.

He writes and speaks about the environmental movement and describes himself as an environmental journalist, which I noted in the above quote you left out.

So he used to be an actual journalist but now he just describes himself as an environmental journalist and that's okay, he doesn't have to disclose he now makes his money by writing books and making speeches about this topic.

Moore on the other hand must disclose that he makes his money from people on the other side of this debate.

If there were no more debate about this and everyone agreed on the same approach then both of these people would no longer be making any money. Why is it only fair that one can get away with hiding that fact but not the other?

How do you describe an actual journalist?

Someone whose job it is to be a journalist? Is this a trick question?

Not at trick question but your answer is only half correct.

Now I'll ask you what is journalism and you'll try to avoid answering that then I'll post a definition for you and you'll say "see that's not Ross Gelbspan" and I'll post something about how he's a regular contributor to blog sites, won a pulitzer prize for a series of articles he worked on and has published multiple articles on the subject, then you will say something about Al Gore and it'll go on ad naseum because you like to play these games.
