Moore runs a company to help other companies talk the environmental talk. Doesn't have shit to do with being environmentally friendly. Some examples are talking about the benefits of lice that go from farmed salmon to wild salmon and that clear cutting is a good thing because it lets the baby trees grow in lots of sunshine.

You help people be more environmentally friendly, Moore helps people tell people they are environmentally friendly. Do you see the difference?

His nuclear energy views immediately changed when he got money from the nuclear energy industry, which causes many people to consider him a shill. Even if I think worries about nuclear energy are overblown it doesn't really fit well with this quote:

to end up a paid spokesman for nuclear energy. What he did for Asia Pulp & Paper was not to get experts to help them be more environmental, but to flat out hire PR professionals to make them sound better. That's a lot different than helping companies be better (which he has also done). So you don't think I'm being an "omg don't kill trees!" type, what AP&P did was to also screw a whole lot of loggers out of their jobs.

Ok, I'll give you that. Like I said, I don't know much about him. I agree with his statements in the video though.. doesn't take much to figure our that the environmentalists care less about environmentalism and more about changing the politics to suit their needs/wants.

I just saw a story about the fleet of vehicles that the Sierra Club has.. Which illustrates this perfectly.

I don't see Moore posing as a customer. I haven't seen him praising "energy companies" except maybe when they are working towards reducing their carbon footprint. Then again, I haven't been following him 24/7 like you have maybe.
