Kinda the opposite we hear about Americans from even other American's nowadays... hell.. Look at Michelle Obama's comment in 2008. 44 years... and that was the first time she was proud of her country. Kinda telling.
Mein Kampf was published in 1925. There was no cnn.com back then (thanks a lot Obama), but it definitely took less than ten years for a book to cross the Atlantic. If you can read Mein Kampf and think "nothing wrong with this!", I don't know what to tell you.
