Nope. Reid refused to even bring one up for a vote for what, 4 years or more? The House passed a Budget the last 3 years at least.

Best reason ever for Reid to never bother? because if he doesn't they just do a CR, which automatically increases spending by a fixed amount. Rather then actually sit down and figure out what we really need to spend.

Cause it's funny.. but it really does look like the republicans are going to get their 1 year delay for the individual mandate, which means that the Dems shut down the government for no reason whatsoever.

You're completely unable to see that there might be a few other reasons (a small subsection of the Republican Party worth even) that might be influencing Reid's actions.

Excuse me, but Reid controls the Senate. The "Tea Party" people in the House has nothing to do with the Senate budget.

The man said he was going to filibuster a spending bill that did nothing to reign in spending, and get rid of/delay ACA. He did what he said. Besides, if you think Cruz was the reason the government is shutdown, your are sadly mistaken. ~1~ person can't "shutdown" the government, except technically the president, and that's only until 3/4th override a veto.

Also.. HOW many bills did the republicans put forward? You may think they were unreasonable, and most were, but the last certainly wasn't unreasonable. Certainly not since we will likely have a 1 year delay in the individual mandate anyway.
