After spending the day burying chicken wire around my coop in the sun. I came in and got all excited because I had a nice tan going on. Took a shower and found it was just dirt.

Just as I was going to head to bed last night, I heard a loud, weird noise of running water. Check the master bath and the ceiling is just pouring. I run upstairs and knock on the horrible neighbor's door, and her answer to my telling her the ceiling was leaking was, "ohhh really? I guess I should call maintenance?" OH GEE YOU FUCKING THINK? I mean, that shit is just pouring out; out of the air vent, the walls, just everywhere. My bathroom is a mess. I also checked my closet too after a bit and there's a huge mess on the carpet, because the water leaked out of the light fixture in the center of the closet. Thankfully my clothing did not get soaked, and there was just a little splashing up on the hems of a few of my dresses.

So maintenance gets there and he tells me she told him it was the toilet. It wasn't the fucking toilet. She let the tub run over, and she lied because she's gotta be more culpable for a tub run over (HER FAULT) than a faulty toilet (possibly not her fault). I know this because A) after I came back down from telling her that there was a leak, I heard a rush of water like I always do when she turns the tub/shower off, B) there was no odor to the water whatsoever and absolutely nothing gross in it, and C) because as I was running to place pots and towels out to catch some of the mess, I stepped in the water and it ran down on my head and on my back, and the water was very warm. Warm water does not run out of the fucking toilet, you dumb fucking twat.

So now not only do I have to deal with her doing laundry and vacuuming past midnight, and putting her little rodent piece of shit dog out on the porch and just leaving it there to bark at everything that passes by at all hours of the day and night, now I have to deal with her just letting her tub run over and destroying my fucking evening (I was up until almost 4 with maintenance and the carpet guy who was supposed to get up all the water but definitely MISSED SOME) and memorial day because now I have a huge mess to worry about and it's not like her ass has offered to come down here and clean up my fucking bathroom.

I told maintenance last night that I would not be renewing my lease if this bitch was still living above me, and he went on to beg me not to leave, if I had to just switch to another apartment, because I'm too good a tenant to lose and I am not the only one having trouble with her. We spent awhile bitching about how awful she is... and he says he's going to speak to the apartment manager on Tuesday and will have her call me because the shit this woman is doing is unfuckingacceptable.

Going to take her back to her vet to try and figure out what's going on.

But did you watch the procedure to make sure the vet actually fixed her? For all we know this was one of them fly by night vets where all they do is give the dog a treat and say she's fixed and charge you hundreds of dollars.
