Did you run a couple cycles with vinegar to get the sediment out of it?

Well, I do need to do that but I don't have any vinegar so I'm gonna buy some tomorrow and run it through. Anyhow, I got it to work by draining the water, smacking the bottom and letting it chill for a little bit.

Keurig has a pretty awesome customer service. The first Keurig I had didn't work properly and they sent me a new one without quibbling. They also sent a prepaid box for me to return the defective one and that was all there was to it.

I'm holding out for a Nespresso. It was wholly acceptable.

Yeah. I got three defective ones. And then I stopped buying/returning them. Maybe my water is too hard.

Maybe? I haven't had any issues in a year of heavy use with the replacement.

They actually recommend bottled water but I was like, "fuck that shit" and haven't used anything but tap water. Washington state has good water though.

What is it about me lately anyway. I can't seem to get all my thoughts on a topic in one post. I need to slow down and let my brain catch up before pulling the Post Quick Reply trigger.

Well, I have a water softener, and also used the filtered water from the refrigerator. Whatever, I dunno. I have a single-cup coffee maker now and it works great!
