Going through the inflatable, walk-through colon at the mall today. I was expecting a longer journey, and hoping to exit via the poop shoot. It was very disappointing to not exit as a turd

I'm actually at home on a Saturday.. the weather is too crappy to take the kids outside, yet they are, for the most part, leaving me in some peace.. and I have neither the authority nor the access to do some work on a project for work that I would love to have extra time for just so I can have the damn thing done and out of my hair finally. (For those who saw my post yesterday in the Smile thread, it's the timeclock revision programming testing that I got the props on.)

And now I'm frowning because I want to spend time on a Saturday doing WORK. Except that I could end up getting OT for the week OR a an eventual pay raise from getting switched from hourly to salary.

I have a hair appointment early next Saturday morning. I think that after that, I'm going to haul my ass across town to a consignment sale, and then doing my other normal Saturday stuff and coming home. Neener.
