I was reflecting on my past and somehow started thinking about how I haven't really slept with any tall women. Well, one, but it doesn't count. Anyway, that made me frown.

So my boss cut my hours to four days instead of five. Now mind you I am one of about 30 people, Have been there longer than half of them and they all pretty much make more than I do as they keep bringing in people for about a quarter more than I make an hour, and only my hours were cut. On a side note, I work hard and work well with whomever they send to my location to help out. We get 'graded' on our performance once a month and I always have a top tier rating with no exception each and every time. So after no less than two weeks of trying to get ahold of the guy to ask him what the deal was...meaning messages on phone, text, e-mail... I finally reach him last night only for him to feed me a bunch of bullshit that until he comes in to my location personally (and its been about four months since I have even seen him stop by my location) and sees for himself I am getting everthingthing done for the week without going over 32hours he might consider giving me back a 'half-day.' What the hell? Lets also throw out there that during the holiday season, we had no less than ten people quit, then another six after the new year, and during that time period I worked my shifts alone doing the work of two people and did not get any overtime miraculously. He then promotes a dickhead who cusses out people but he is, and I quote, "willing to help him better himself in his position." but is not willing to work with me moving up at all. The guy has no idea what is even occuring in his own market and just apparently, and successfully got one of his associates with the same position in the market south of us fired. So... can we say douchebag? On that note, I'm starting to wonder if my hourly issue mixed in with no opportunity for advancement (even with a flawless work record) can be considered discrimination. Not a good feeling right now.... sigh

No- it isn't discrimination. It's only discrimination if he says he cut your hours for being a whiny little fag.

I have been with the same company for 10 years and likewise have a flawless record- better than flawless. Rather than a lack of flaws I have actually benefited place in a number of ways. No advancement. I have watched people in the past fuck their way up the ladder, but my cock is not enough of a vagina for that. Some jobs just suck.
