Of course, smothering them is just as bad. Basically, you can't win as a parent if your kid is an introvert.
I was a huge introvert as a child (chubby, unpopular only child FTW!) and teenager (ditto) and my parents were both professionals (doctor/doctor). I guess I never really minded that they were rarely home. I spent a lot of time with extended family ... and I played GS! Given what I've seen, I'd rather what my parents did than smothering the kid, who is then unable to make decisions without input from others.

    Introvert/Extrovert are rigid categories!

I'm a type A personality who was raised by a meek stay at home mother and a professional type A personality. I've always idolized my dad for his strength, work ethic, intelligence etc. My mother lost herself in our interests and our needs. I remain puzzled by my mothers decision to give up her whole heart, soul and personality to raise children the way she thought she was expected to do. Because of this I now believe that despite it being hard to do so, if a woman is going to be a stay at home mother she needs to maintain her own interests/job and personality separate from her children and spouse/partner etc. Women that don't will be miserable creatures.

Oh, I never minded that she wasn't there. I like my alone time and even as a kid I knew I had way more freedom than any of my peers thanks to my absentee mother (she divorced my father when I was a toddler so she raised me alone) and I loved very second of it. But I watched her stress herself out constantly and never have time for anything but work and I decided that I didn't want to live like that. I made the conscious decision to sacrifice income for less stress. I could have easily followed her into law school but.. eh.. I'm happy with the decision I made although I think I would have enjoyed being a litigator. I make less but when I leave work, I leave work and I don't have to think about it at all when I'm on vacation. I have much more time to pursue my hobbies too.

    Neither.

Battle Operation. Very poor team work really upsets me.

Aside from that, how is it? Last Gundam game I played was Zeonic Front I think...

People compare it mostly to Zeonic Front. They do a lot of things right but it still needs some tweaking.
