Nutritionally it's very good because of the protein and fiber. Taste-wise, it sucks. My friend had to try quite a few flavors before she found one that she could tolerate. I hate all yogurt - Greek, regular, with fruit, whatever. It all tastes like ass to me and I can't get over the fact that I know it's teaming with bacteria (good for you or not, it's still bacteria). I've tried to like it before, trying different kinds simply because I know how good it is for me. Waste of money every time.
