How does what work?? They changed in the girls locker room, did the wrestling practice, changed back.

As far as the actual wrestling, they were treated like one of the guys. Assigned a weight class they had to make, assigned matches with someone else in the weight class, did the match.

If you mean like, "Zomg he groped me!!1" sort of issues, on the mat they were treated like one of the guys and no one made a big deal out of it. Came with the territory and I just assume they realized that before deciding to join the wrestling team? Dunno.

In fact, how do any of the sports work with coed? We never had that issue come up in my HS, but I imagine it would be awkward?
There was never an issue with football...she played on the only football team there was. Treated just like everyone else..with the exception that she played better than most of the boys in her middle school. Wrestling is treated the very same way, just they wear a t-shirt or what have you under their little spandex uniform thingy.

All my kids are atheletic, they get it from Dad. On my way out the door now with the son to take him to his freestyle wrestling meet.

This is mainly what I meant by how it works. I didn't know if there were seperate classes for girls in wrestling, different rules, or if they got they (the girls) got treated differently.

Female wrestlers were scary when I was in HS. We didn't have any in our school, but we wrestled some. They tended to be very masculine women you wouldn't want to grope.
