4 wide top fuel dragsters at Charlotte today… The sound and the feel was more impressive than watching a space shuttle launch. More of an OMG face than a smile, but … wow…
PS I am still pissed that they neutered the NHRA and moved from the magical 1320 to a mere 1000 feet… but I still had to go experience nitromethane cars in person. It was everything I had hoped for and more.
