my political party is better than yours because 100+ years ago your party did this thing, so that accurately reflects what they stand for today.

it's almost as if politics change with time, or something.

It really is funny because Democrats demand a Republican apologize and even resign from their political position for something they said 30+ years ago, but Democrats to this day have never apologized for their racist and murder filled past. In fact they go on claim they never did those things because "the parties switched!" at some point in time.

If Democrats would just apologize for their racist past and present then perhaps I wouldn't give them so much shit.

Robert Byrd was a sitting US Senator a mere 12 years ago, up to the day he died, and Democrats not only never apologized for his racist and disgraceful past, they openly embraced him. So off with you and your "LOL! That's ancient history, broski!"
