So what your saying is that as circumstances change, no one is every allowed to adapt to new situations, ever and should remain inflexible, unyielding and adamant that there is only one answer to any situation regardless of variables. Nope, I don't buy it.

The President by law is the sole entity capable of ordering a thirty day hold on a railway labor dispute, appoint a three member board to oversee and help negotiate a compromise position, then after thirty days further (sixty in total), the parties may act however they wish if an accord isn't reached. By your incredibly ignorant definition, this is an option only available to Republicans, because Democrat presidents are excluded from making any decisions which may be in the national interest.

What is “retarded” about Serans’ post? Equal rights? Freedom of choice? Are those not foundational to our country’s rights? LGBTQ should be afforded equal marriage rights same as any other citizen.. plain and simple; why does that even matter to you or even affect you? Are you uncomfortable they are born that way?

Also, everyone deserves to have rights and control over their body. It’s absurd that women have lost this choice. Pretty basic freedoms that make our country great are now out the window, we should be so proud..

The Democrats have had 50 years to codify RvW... and they didn't bother to do it. Wonder why that is? Oh.. they use it as a wedge issue every 2/4 years when election time rolls around.

SCOTUS did nothing but overturn a poor decision and pushed that back to the individual states. Whether or not you agree with abortion or not, that was the correct decision.

I'm pro-choice, but the law was created by the SCOTUS in 1973... but it's not the SCOTUS responsibility to create laws.. that's the role of the legislature.
