Or perhaps you simply don't understand what the G20 summit did. They collectively agreed to push for the adoption of the 15% minimum corporation tax within their countries to affect the needed change.

But that doesn't mean they will. NATO is a far closer alliance (G20 isn't even an actual alliance) and most of the countries in that are failing to meet their treaty requirements.
