I read the full defense brief - something like 90 pages worth - that was a small portion in response to Dominions filing based upon legal standings. Of course the media used it out of context, as the context is apparent when you read the submitted documents.

Still wondering where the 1000+ signed affidavits went. I suppose those no longer count as evidence under the new logic.

Just because courts dismissed them and wouldn't hear the evidence, doesn't mean there wasn't evidence.

Now whether or not it would be enough to change the outcome, no idea... but the fact the Dems for 3+ years ran investigations into "election fraud" and patently false and made up "Russian collusion" claims, and fought tooth and nail to not even review this past election, should tell even the dumbest person something isn't on the up and up.

All that had to happen is a court accept the case - and say - show your evidence. Would have been decided one way or another and done. Instead we got this clusterfuck.
