Also, it seems that some people (Ashliana) is confused with the rules to be eligible for Retard Champion. As commissioner, I feel it necessary to make sure all people know the very simple rules.

3) Given notice by the commissioner (me) that you are the champion. You will be given ample time to prepare for a title defense.
