That is such a wildly asinine question and accusation I don't even know where to start. You seem to have focused in on the "piss upstream" part but little else of my previous post which I think is the problem because its an asinine hypothesis to begin with.

I will say that my opinion is that environmental issues should not be the domain of one party or another since it affects all of us.
