Me: These investigations are dumb and a waste of money and are being spearheaded by the same people who criticized the Benghazi investigations. At least those investigations made sense.
Androidpk: SO YOU'RE SAYING ONLY INVESTIGATIONS AGAINST DEMOCRATS MAKE SENSE!!!! <foams at the mouth>
Me: I'm saying important investigations make sense. Just name for me one important congressional investigation against Trump.
Androidpk: WHATABOUTISM!! <froths more at the mouth>

What's wrong, Androidpk? time4fun been neglecting you lately and you're hoping if you act like a fool she'll pound that ass with this:

    this is correct.

I never said that. If I had known how little you know about how the Constitution works I would have held your hand and explained it to you. Like I said, you and PB are in dire need of a 101 course.

Actually, this is how the exchange happened. You should thank Gelston for giving you a impromptu 4th grade Civics class:

    That's the best part.

Androidpk: Congressional oversight is right there in the constitution! Read it and you'll see!
Gelston: No, congressional oversight is derived from implied powers, it isn't mentioned anywhere in the constitution.

    Two weeks later.

Androidpk: I said congressional oversight is derived from implied powers!!!

He even used the same term "derived" as Gelston. Androidpk is so pathetic.

This is like saying "The second amendment guarantees us the right to own guns for self defense! It's right there in the constitution!" Except it's not, that's something the supreme court said falls under the second amendment. Much like the supreme court has upheld that congress has congressional oversight authority from the implied powers granted to them in the constitution.

The thing about rights and powers not specifically mentioned in the constitution means all it takes is a different set of judges to overturn a previous ruling. Why do you think beta-male feminists such as yourself are suddenly crying about abortion, Androidpk? Because the media has whipped you into a frenzy thinking Trump picking supreme court justices means they will overturn Roe v Wade. The media is wrong that they will, but they are right that they can, much like they can overturn any and all "implied powers" because they are not specifically mentioned in the constitution like you said they were.

There's a federal government 101 lesson for you, Androidpk. Maybe now you should take a "I really need to stop embarrassing myself" 101 course.

Also let's not forget what time4fun herself had to say about Androidpk regarding this congressional oversight discussion:

Ouch. You never did say why time4fun was bashing you that day, Androidpk. Did you apologize for having the reading comprehension and reasoning skills of a cocker spaniel so she would take you back?

Someone let me know if one of these investigations is anywhere close to being on the same level.
