Issues with Tapatalk and

Odd, I use tapatalk quite often and haven't had any problems on a 3GS. What type of phone are you using?

I assume you have the latest update to the app, yes? I think they just rolled out with a patch not that long ago. If you DID get it, do you think your problems might coincide with the update?

I automatically update all apps at the same time.. but if that patch. And out in the last week or so.. that might be the cause.
