Promising to destroy the careers of millions of people and tax everyone to death is a sure fire winning strategy. Oddly enough it IS a sure fire winning strategy if you're running for governor of California or NY, not so much for president.

Is it though? This country is full of stupid people. Like liberals who flee nanny states like New York/California to Florida, then vote in more nanny state.

Biden fucked up pretty bad saying he'd shut down the oil industry, even if it was taken out of context, it was a stupid thing to say. That's the gotcha phrase Trump had been trying to bait him into all night.

Oil is dead. Rightly so. It got us through the industrial age but now we have to let it go. The writing has been on the wall for a while so it should be no surprise to anyone, even the oil companies themselves. For too long they've ravaged the landscape, polluted our ecosystem with carbon dioxide and plastic, while getting taxpayer subsidies. It had its time but that time is over. And its not Biden that will kill it. Its the will of the people for a better future.

It's like liberals aren't content with just destroying one state (California), so they gotta move to another state and destroy that one too (Colorado.)
