The judge dropped the case because she refused to testify. She was supposedly receiving dozens of death and rape threats every day so that could have had something to do with her refusing to testify, or it could point to her being a liar.

I think they found DNA of two different guys in her underwear: Kobe's and another dude who was her boyfriend I think. She claimed she accidentally put on dirty underwear that day which is why her boyfriend's semen was found on her underwear.

I don't know if Kobe was a rapist or not but I don't think it's ever a good sign when the police question a man and the police are like "Do you know this woman?
