So Nancy says Trump can deliver the State of the Union in congress once the government reopens. Does she think this is some sort of threat or something? "Oh please please PLEASE, Nacy! Please let me deliver the State of the Union in congress where half of the people are going to sit silently with angry glares, or openly jeer and boo when I discuss good things happening in our country!"

Trump should just invite a thousand supporters to the White House and give the State of the Union there. Rather than the cameras panning to a bunch of angry Democrats the cameras will instead only be able to focus on people cheering and clapping.

Not sure this is the optics Nancy wanted.

If it was a regular 4' high wall.. you would have a point.

It's not, therefore you do not.

But, don't the Democrats want to do away with ICE?

Not really. There are some using it as a buzzword. Ocasio was saying it but she is a brain dead moron. Others were saying it because they will do anything for votes.

Not sure what Pelosi's angle was. Trump could decide to deliver the SOTU from bed in the Residence using Facebook Live if he wanted to. People would still watch. She can't block him from doing it, she can just deny him a venue he doesn't care at all about.

She is aware. She told him to postpone it or do it from the Oval Office. She is under no illusions that she can prevent him from giving it.

Trying to flex on 'em. 'Re-open the government and you can do it from the House'. I don't see that working.

Which is they should reopen the government and start a blue ribbon committee to look into it.

You're stupid. There's decades of data showing we need a real southern border. We don't need more.
