I like (not that I have to order it as such) a hamburger that can be medium well if it's a black and blue burger (cayenne + blue cheese [hence the name.]) Goes well with a black and tan. My effin' IBD doesn't let me eat stuff like this without serious consequences though.

The 'black' comes from the blackening seasoning you use to make it. If you're just using cayenne it still turns black when you grill it.

Or do you mean the cheese itself. I like it a lot on a burger because it's melted and tastes better to me like that anyway. I used to put away wheels of Jarlsberg.
