It could be taken either as A) she's keeping it secret and referring it to the FBI as a political stunt or B) it must be pretty serious if she's keeping it under wraps and referring to the FBI. I'm 100% positive it is a political stunt. If it was a smoking gun, she'd be blabbing all over about it. First, if it is accusing him of rape or sexual assault, that isn't an FBI matter. It is a state matter. Second, Brett Kavanaugh is in his 50s. He was in High School nearly 40 years ago. The statute of limitations would be up by now, unless there is DNA evidence or it is straight up rape, which would be extremely hard to prove after this length of time. So literally, unless he murdered someone and this note says he did it and there is a body, he can't be charged with jack shit.
