Sure. Except you haven't been investigated and interviewed by SDNY and the SCO and you're not sworn under oath under the penalty of more prison time. That's not to say that in itself gives Cohen's statements credibility.. it simply means he is saying stuff that can likely be verified by the federal investigators involved, and I'm sure they were paying attention to yesterday's circus.

Cohen has already been referred to the DOJ for perjury yesterday by Republicans on the committee, Jordan and Meadows so we'll see what comes of that.

Not just the financial crimes, though those are certainly important. The part about Cohen overhearing the conversation between Stone and Trump is really interesting considering the question that Mueller asked Trump regarding it. It was leaked by anon sources that Trump said Stone never told him about Wikileaks. Stone himself, who denies communicating with Trump about it, said Trump answered that question truthfully by denying it happened.
