That’s really tricky, the deed for Mar-a-lago is fucking awful for anyone who owns it, and really limits its value.

You literally can’t do anything with the property except keep it as a country club, which limits and possibly lowers the value of said property, since it has zero possibility of ever being developed.

Bench verdicts are rarely overturned. I doubt he will appeal, I think he knows he will either lose, or he just doesn’t have the liquid cash to do an appeal.
