To me, it's because I already know what I'm getting with Hillary. Trump is an unknown.. he was a liberal just what, 5 years or so ago? He could be like "HA! FOOLED YOU FUCKERS!" and be worse than Hillary, but it's the chance I had to take. I could never vote for Hillary for dog catcher and Trump gives me hope that he honestly wants to go in there and drain the swamp. I liked most things on his Contract with America (https://assets.donaldjtrump.com/_lan...ontractv02.pdf), especially term limits, ending sanctuary cities, lobbyist ban, regulation elimination, etc...

No flame, the only trump supporters I see tend to be screaming loudly about how the election was stolen, or how the vaccine makes you magnetic... so hearing from someone I've always considered to be level-headed would be welcome.

I'm fairly certain he still wouldn't have voted for Hillary.

From a policy standpoint, I was very surprised by President Trump. He did what he said he would do. I could have done without the social media and crass "kiss my ass" attitude and he may have gotten even more done. I do believe he was against the political class and media from the very beginning and never was able to get past that enormous machinery.. but all in all I was happy with him as President.
