Okay, I read up to page 8 and I just couldn't do it anymore. What I've taken away from this thread is this:

What the fuck is, where the fuck is, and how the fuck can I attend a Goat Festival? Is it in River's Rest? I'm moving there tomorrow.

Goatfest is the major annual event hosted by Beacon Hall Archive. It's held in River's Rest typically in August or September (originally, it was August, then Frontier Days was in August last year so we moved it and then moved it back since Frontier Days is in September this year). We tell stories, play games, have a goat pageant and raffle off a bunch of stuff.

You can attend by getting to River's Rest when it's happening. It ends up on the official calendar, on the Beacon Hall wiki and someone generally makes a post on the officials about it as well.
