Conspiracy charges. Complete bullshit. The mishandling of documents seems to be the only case that has any legal merit. This one and the NY state case are very obvious political smears for the court of public opinion that won’t hold water in the court of law.Quote:

When I first read the indictment in the documents case, I was shocked by how strong the case was against Trump. When I read this indictment, I was less certain. Trump's behavior was bad, the very definition of sore loser, but I am not convinced from the indictment that there is enough evidence to convict Trump relating to the election. It's a squishier case. A prosecutor is not required to list evidence in the indictment, but it would have been nice to have more details directly connecting Trump to the actions of the six co-conspirators.
