This is my favorite paragraph. It's from page 33.
Quote:
On January 1, the Defendant called the Vice President and berated him because he had learned that the Vice President had opposed a lawsuit seeking a judicial decision that, at the certification, the Vice President had the authority to reject or return votes to the states under the Constitution. The Vice President responded that he thought there was no constitutional basis for such authority and that it was improper. In response, the Defendant told the Vice President, "You're too honest." Within hours of the conversation, the Defendant reminded his supporters to meet in Washington before the certification proceeding, tweeting, "The BIG Protest Rally in Washington, D.C., will take place at 11.00 A.M. on January 6th. Locational details to follow. StopTheSteal!"
I've read through it once quickly. It's a good read and a good reminder of what happened after the 2020 election.
When I first read the indictment in the documents case, I was shocked by how strong the case was against Trump. When I read this indictment, I was less certain. Trump's behavior was bad, the very definition of sore loser, but I am not convinced from the indictment that there is enough evidence to convict Trump relating to the election. It's a squishier case. A prosecutor is not required to list evidence in the indictment, but it would have been nice to have more details directly connecting Trump to the actions of the six co-conspirators.
T minus how long before we see Time4Fun’s walls of text?
After receiving a target letter in the Jan. 6 case, but prior to being indicted, Trump called for his trial to be televised. If that happens, it will likely be the most watched trial since O.J.
Interestingly -- and tellingly -- Trump has not called for cameras in the Florida documents case. I'm sure the difference is his desire to protect the national security secrets that will be part of the Florida case.
Quote:
Donald Trump’s new lawyer will ask a judge to allow cameras in a federal courtroom if the one-term president is indicted with January 6 election fraud charges by the Department of Justice.
Mr Trump has said that he received a target letter from special counsel Jack Smith who could be set to bring criminal charges against the GOP front-runner within days.
“I would hope that the Department of Justice would join in that effort so that we can take the curtain away and all Americans can see what’s happening,” attorney John Lauro said in an appearance on Fox News.

All he has to do is play this at the trial...
Then file charges against everyone for "election interference"...
Poor Donald, how was he supposed to know involving multiple people to overthrow a constitutionally prescribed election via a criminal conspiracy using incited violence, fraud, witness intimidation, and abuse of his power as President would be illegal. He just wanted to stay in the Whitehouse after the people rejected him.
?
I just posted a montage of the Democrats saying the exact thing that Trump did. Yet somehow he's being tried, and none of them are?
Guess people are just happy with a dual justice system.
Fucking morons.
Did those Democrats employ fake electors? Pressure the vice president not to certify the election? Did those democrats call the governor of a state and ask him to “find” votes? Did those democrats try to pressure the DOJ to knowingly lie to support the voter fraud claim?

I could keep going... but it really doesn't matter... morons are going to be fucking morons.
If you don't get it by now... and see how the Democrat Party has turned us into a banana Republic - and actively attacks it's political opponents with the assistance of the Judicial System... not sure what to tell you.
No, they just used the FBI to use a fake dossier, paid for by the Clinton campaign and pretended that Russia stole the 2016 elections. Then the Democrats spent the next 4 years terrorizing cities, rioting and burning shit down. Then Democrat politicians started bailing out their domestic terrorist friends.
The Dems overplayed their hand as usual. Now Trump will become even more popular with the masses as they see an obvious political persecution of a political opponent and will let Trump do what he's wanted to do since Nov 2020... relitigate the 2020 election results.
Let's open up everything.. the election results as well as what actually happened on 1/6/2021 and take a good look at ALL the evidence.. not just the cherry picked, doctored video we have seen.
I hope the trial is televised.
Yeah, none of those are remotely close to what Trump did.
Please share a link of a Democratic president calling the governor of a state asking him to “find votes”.
Please share a link of a Democratic president employing fake electors.
Please share a link of a Democratic president asking the DOJ to lie for him saying the election was full of fraud when the DOJ knew it wasn’t.
Please share a link of a Democratic president asking his vice president to not certify the election.
I gave you links already.
Just because you choose to ignore it, isn't my problem.
And so you understand... it's the exact same thing.
You keep doing you... and I can just watch this country getting fucked over. I'm already situated in a place and location with everything I need to watch the fire burn for the next 20+ years.

My favorite quote in our passport, I believe what people all over the world think of us and our country is important. Those are the people that can help usher our country into the future.
If Tim Scott wins the nomination, I’ll vote for him, over Biden.
Kind of funny how your linked articles have about nil in common with the crimes Trump has been charged with. Your failure to understand the significance of a criminal conspiracy to falsify the legitimate voting results in several states, submit falsified elector college results by 'fake electors', and to engage multiple agents to create enough chaos on the day the vote was being certified to stop said certification once the pressure campaign in Pence failed is mind boggling.
I love me some Tim Scott, but he has absolutely no chance of winning the Republican nomination. 1) He is black and the Republican Party does still have a small & shrinking but meaningful minority that are racist pieces of shits. And before you go celebrating a conservative making that statement, Democrats have a greater & growing minority of racist pieces of shit that pose as anti-racist. 2) He is viewed as too soft spoken & nice to be President. This part may be true. I’m convinced you have to be a bit of a selfish power-hungry asshole to win the Presidency.
Also…before you make that claim you would vote for him, be sure to check out his latest tweet: https://twitter.com/votetimscott/sta...916553728?s=20Quote:
I remain concerned about the weaponization of Biden’s DOJ and its immense power used against political opponents. What we see today are two different tracks of justice. One for political opponents and another for the son of the current president.
You think so? I’m critical of Trump on many things and would happily vote for someone better in the Republican primaries (I’ve recently began to doubt DeSantis is that person). I find Tim Scott’s tweet to be absolutely true and obvious.
The documents indictment has some legal merit in my opinion, though we seem to still be selective about who gets prosecuted. Trump was not compliant and being an asshole when he had opportunity to avoid that, so ok. That one makes sense. The NY State case and this most recent indictment with January 6th conspiracy charges is total bullshit. To me it is so obviously a political attack that I struggle to understand how anyone doesn’t see it that way. Everyone has a bias. I’m no different, but I do try to think objectively and not let that cloud my judgement.
All the charges against Trump are based in politics. He literally wouldn't have any charges were he not running for President. You are seeing exactly how corrupt the DOJ has become, and it's just an extension of the cancer in the democrat party.
Sums it up perfectly buddy lol. If he tweeted anything opposite of what he tweeted, he would have alienated a fuck ton of Republican voters(not necessarily talking about you), which he can’t do in a primary.
I bet you if it was a general election and he was the nominee, he sure as hell wouldn’t have tweeted that.
I'd vote for:
Tim Scott (R)
Vivek Ramaswamy (R)
Robert Kennedy (D)
Anyone other than Joe Biden.
You're right... because the Democrats did even worse.
They made up a fake dossier, paid off their cronies in the Intel Community and Justice Department to try and impeach him on false pretenses, spied and jailed their political opponents, and rioted in the streets destroying communities...
I'd say there is no comparison... on that we can agree.
So I asked you, to list things Trump is accused of, that the democrats have done. You share a list, which shows absolutely nothing in common, you get called out on it. You then double down and said it is the same! Now you are saying, it’s not the same, it’s far worse!
Keep moving that goalpost.
Do your own research. If you want to be ignorant and not believe your own eyes of what has occurred over the past 6-7 years... that's on you.
You'll do what you do, and I'll do what I do.
I gave you a list, you said not good enough.
I pointed out worse things they did, you say not good enough.
Therefore - there is no reason to debate this with you, because you are an ideological moron trying to use semantics to try and draw this out...
My opinion - You're a moron for it. And I know the Democrat Party can count on you. Sadly, the rest of us have to live with you all.
For a supposed Russian (or married into I think?) - and sometimes rational person who over the years has presented some good discussion - the fact you're clinging to the Democratic Party during this is astounding... Russians are usually up in your face about things, not bitches hiding behind false words.
I see your point and concede that there is certainly a strategic element to campaigning to with a primary vs a general election. Perhaps he would refrain from tweeting something like that if he happened to win the Republican nomination, but I don’t believe he is lying and/or just making that statement for the sole intent of campaign reasons.
Nope, I’m not Russian at all, wife is and Russians aren’t usually up in your face about things, quite the opposite, generally speaking.
What Trump is being charged with, the democrats have never done. It’s that simple, have they done other shit? Yes they have! Doesn’t change the fact that Trump is being charged with these crimes. The republicans control the house, they can open up all the investigations they want!
During Trump’s presidency, im pretty sure the republicans controlled all 3 parts of the government, yet they didn’t open any investigations on all these horrible criminal acts the democrats did… strange.
Again - they did exactly what he did... if you can't read the links and see that, so be it.
I meant "up in your face" as in fighting - not general practices. I could have been more clear on that.
You really think with the Media, Social Media, and Intelligentsia working against him... he could have done much more?
Last I'll say on this, because again - you're not going to change your mind... and the Democrats like their mindless drones. It's all good.
If you understand semantics - you'll get how this relates to the above conversation. Pretty hilarious.

We are in new territory here for sure.
FARA (Foreign Agents Relief Act) was enacted way back in 1938 to combat Nazi and communist propaganda. In November of 2019 the DOJ announced they would begin aggressively enforcing that act. Up until that point, FARA charges were incredibly rare and convictions were almost nonexistent. Since then the DOJ has been going hard in the paint with FARA charges on Trump’s allies. Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Tom Barrack…these are just a few names and in each they had very little evidence. How many Democrats have been charged with FARA violations? Why is our justice department refusing to bring these charges against Hunter Biden in spite of overwhelming evidence?
I know you often hear whataboutism and such but when you see consistent and clear targeting of one political party & nothing happens on another in spite of information available to the public justifying an investigation, well that is what we mean by saying the DOJ has been politically weaponized.
People who have committed crimes get charged, and you just named a solid portion of Donald Trump's criminal enterprise so is it any wonder the Don is finally facing criminal charges now that the executive immunity Bill Barr dreamed up has expired and the investigation was concluded? It's interesting you claim bias, yet aren't capable of naming anyone where verifiable evidence of wrongdoing has occurred other than the single person - Hunter Biden, who is in fact under investigation. The DOJ remains an independent agency, with exception to Bill Barr under Trump ofc, but here you are throwing baseless accusations at the current administration regardless. Suck it up, your orange savior is a criminal and will probably be going to jail.
As I did with the document indictment, below I am pasting the text of the statutes Trump is alleged to have violated. Counts 2 and 3 can be confusing. Count 2 is conspiring to do that Count 3 makes it illegal to do. All of the statues are broad in their coverage. To determine whether or not the prosecutor exercised appropriate discretion in using them to charge Trump, you would need to know how these statutes have been used in the past, which I have not researched.
Count One - 18 U.S.C. § 371 - If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.
Count Two - 18 U.S.C. § 1512(k) - Whoever conspires to commit any offense under this section shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the offense the commission of which was the object of the conspiracy.
Count Three - 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2) - Whoever corruptly . . . (2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
Count Four - 18 U.S.C. § 241 - If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
The judge who drew Trump's Jan. 6 case is Black. It won't be long before Trump calls her racist, as he had done with other Black people in the justice system involved with his cases. Should Black people and Mexicans have to recuse themselves from his trials?
Remember that time Trump said a judge of Mexican descent should not be allowed to oversee the trial about Trump University?
Quote:
Less than six hours after securing the endorsement of House Speaker Paul Ryan, the presumptive Republican nominee said that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel had “an absolute conflict” due to his ethnic background, adding, “I’m building a wall. It’s an inherent conflict of interest,” according to a interview in The Wall Street Journal.
Curiel was born in East Chicago, Indiana, to Mexican parents. He spent years prosecuting drug traffickers coming across the U.S.-Mexico border as a top official in the Justice Department’s South District of California, and was later appointed to the federal bench by President Barack Obama

He'll slip one day and say something that most normal people already believe, like how trans women shouldn't be competing in combat sports with real women or something else normal in front of the wrong leftist, and that'll be a wrap.
You only have to step out of line once just a little bit before the retard mob comes for you.
JK Rowling is a perfect example. She's left on most things but also believes that men and women are different, and that's all it took to rile up the retard mob, and they've been (failing miserably at) trying to cancel her ever since.
Trump posting on his social media platform this morning..
Quote:
THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET A FAIR TRIAL WITH THE JUDGE “ASSIGNED” TO THE RIDICULOUS FREEDOM OF SPEECH/FAIR ELECTIONS CASE. EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS, AND SO DOES SHE! WE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ASKING FOR RECUSAL OF THIS JUDGE ON VERY POWERFUL GROUNDS, AND LIKEWISE FOR VENUE CHANGE, OUT IF D.C.
I wonder what will be the "very powerful grounds" for the judge to recuse herself?
So, basically. If we remove all the window dressing and the flailing of arms, it's really all about Hillary not getting the presidency.
All of this is about Hillary and the Uniparty not getting their way. Real liberals, that didn't support Trump, should be ashamed for being so easily deceived by the Clinton/Bush machine.
You're cowards.
Apparently you failed to notice she had been a federal judge for several years before the 2016 election, which is understandable because you're a moron. Kind of funny you think one judge should recuse herself because a former employer had a client that is completely irrelevant to Trump's criminal proceedings, but you have no issues with a judge appointed by Trump hearing a criminal case against Trump himself. Shocker, you're a total hypocrite.
Trump is also a huge retard for doing that if it's true.
That said though, I'm pretty sure beauty pageants aren't combat sports, which is specifically what I referenced. Or a sport at all even. It doesn't make Trump any less retarded for allowing dudes in female pageants, it just means you're deflecting from my point.
Calm your estrogen levels.

In Trump's court response to the prosecutor's request for a protective order for grand jury material, Trump's attorneys wrote the below, including the photo. Was Biden's tweet a thinly veiled reference by Biden to Trump's indictment, as Trump alleges?

Sure it is, you're just a giant tard.
If you insist on splitting hairs though, because you're retarded, then you'll have to start here then and work your way back to find the original so-called deflection to call out the source which lead all the way up to your own deflection.
Anyway as I was saying, you're a giant tard, ClydeRetard.
A copy of Trump's signed release paperwork is available online. Trump acknowledged he would not engage in tampering, retaliation, or intimidation and it spells out the repercussions if he did.

New post by Trump..
What does "shared professional ties" mean? And with whom were the ties shared?Quote:
The Obama appointed Judge in the FREE SPEECH Indictment of me by my political opponent, Crooked Joe Biden’s Department of InJustice, shared professional ties at the law firm that worked for Energy Company Burisma, based in Ukraine, of which Hunter Biden and his associate were “proud” MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, and were paid Millions of Dollars, even though Hunter knew almost NOTHING about Energy. How much was the law firm paid? So Horrible. This is a CLASSIC Conflict of Interest! “GATEWAY PUNDIT”
Trump keeps posting on social media that the judge is biased and conflicted, but he has not filed a motion for her recusal.

Maybe now - since the Dems have opened up the case on Trump - such evidence as above will come out.
Will the morons care? No.
Will the idiots just call it all a conspiracy? Yes.
The above are just facts though... but don't believe your lying eyes.
Oh, I'm totally convinced you really think that guy is properly representing the truth and not massively spinning a web of lies hoping your crazy little mind will fill in the deliberately omitted gaps, but you know it really isn't legit right? Totally confused why you're even perusing conspiracy theory rehashes of something that was alleged to have happened 10/26/2020 anyway, but you do you. Bear in mind, the original article fails to observe that what omitted by your conspiracy theorist friend was the fact the city clerk was only able to find 42 forms they suspected were fraudulent. So you know, time to move on bro, your conspiracy isn't any fresher or any more laughably false almost three years later.
You seriously are a fucking moron...
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/202...-massive-2020/
This is a release of information - that nothing was ever done about by the FBI leading up to the elections.
Also... the "42" you claim... is only what was provided as a "sampling".
"Meisch estimated that the leftist organization delivered approximately 8,000-10,000 voter registration forms to the Muskegon City Clerk’s office and provided a sampling of 42 suspected fraudulent applications to Officer Foster for examination. "
What really happened was...
"Employee Brianna Hawkins dropped off between 8K -10K registrations in ONE day!"
I get it.. you're a fucking moron... details don't matter to you... an you're a fucking ignorant tool being used by people who don't give a fuck about you... but hey... it's all good... nothing to see here.
BTW... the actual police report is in the article. Not sure how much more truth you want me representing.
That link is pure cancer. How the fuck does anyone but a boomer scroll through that shit
So, where is your evidence that there was any fraud whatsoever? The State of Michigan and FBI evidently haven't found any but here you are three years later foaming at the mouth, so where is it? I assume you've already researched the subject and realized Voter Registration Drives are legal in Michigan, which is precisely why this is a massive nothingburger beyond your hating people who register to vote evidently.
Quote:
WASHINGTON - The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's election interference case in federal court set a trial date for March 4, 2024, a schedule that could have a crucial impact on the 2024 race for the White House.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan's decision sets the trial in the middle of the Republican presidential primaries and the day before Super Tuesday.
Quote:
Chutkan said that Trump will have to prioritize the trial and that she wouldn't change the trial schedule based upon another defendant's professional obligations, say, for a professional athlete.
Quote:
"This is a request for a show trial, not a speedy trial," Trump lawyer John Lauro said of the special counsel's proposed schedule. "Mr. Trump is not above the law, but he is not below the law."
After Chutkan made her ruling, Lauro stood to make an objective on the record and state that Trump's defense team will not be able to adequately represent their client with that trial date. Chutkan noted his objection and moved on.
Earlier in the hearing, Chutkan said that while the special counsel team's proposal was too soon, Trump's proposal of 2026 wasn't reasonable. "Discovery in 2023 is not sitting in a warehouse with boxes of paper looking at every single page," Chutkan said.
Quote:
Trump faces three other criminal cases: state prosecutions in New York and Georgia, and a federal prosecution in Florida in connection with his handling of classified documents. The New York trial is also scheduled to start in March, beginning on the 25th, and the trial in Florida is set for May. The judge in the Georgia case, in which Trump was arrested, booked and released Thursday, has yet to schedule trial proceedings.
Trump should use this federal trial date as the basis for requesting the New York state court to postpone his March 25, 2024, criminal trial for falsifying financial statements.
Christie on Trump criminal trial scheduled for March 2024..
If Christie is correct and Trump is convicted in the spring of 2024, how will that affect Trump's eligibility to run for office? We all know that conviction of a crime, even a serious felony, does not make a person ineligible to be President. But we all also know that the 14th Amendment makes a person ineligible to run for office in circumstances that are not entirely clear..
If Trump is convicted, he will of course appeal, which will take several months.Quote:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Since were asking hypothetical questions that dont matter until the trial plays out... Does the impeachment of Biden really matter right now because when the evidence shows the vote was rigged for Biden he will be removed anyway.
Trump says there is no reason why the Supreme Court should move extra fast on his criminal case. The court should let matters play out in the lower courts and just see how things go. They can always hear an appeal later, if needed.Quote:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Former President Donald Trump on Wednesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a request by federal prosecutors to immediately review his claim that he cannot be prosecuted for trying to overturn his 2020 election defeat.

How do you define what’s in the best interest for the American people? Is it what you think? Is it what the majority thinks?
The majority think it’s in the best interest of the country and the people, Trump shouldn’t be president, as it has shown in the last two presidential elections.
Looking at the "charges" that are being brought?
Yes.
In a normal day for anyone else, these "charges" would be laughed out of the Court and the lawyers who brought this forward would probably be disbarred for being terrible at their job.
But TRUUUUUUMP makes people do very stupid things.
They literally are not.
They literally stated that it was their opinion that he should be taken off the primary ballots. Not because he was charged with a crime or convicted of a crime.. just because they believed it to be so.
THAT is why I have a problem with the decision.
Lower taxes, less government regulation, secure border, secure energy policy, not inviting other countries into shadow wars, investment into actual infrastructure instead of green scam companies and overseas interests, preserving the Rights of individuals over the state, protecting women from predatory men.
That kind of sums it up.
From ABC, AP, CNBC, FoxNews, WSJ, and countless media outlets across the world, Jack Smith's 165 page outline of Trump's criminal conspiracy to steal to 2020 election has been unsealed. The details of his organizing the slate of fake electors, to his plan to subvert the election certification and harassment of Vice President Pence, to his and his co-conspirators incitement of the insurrectionists who attempted to seize the Capital at Trump's behest.
Happy reading.
