The FBI brought forward valid charges against Judge Dugan and arrested her for obstruction & illegal concealment. The State of Wisconsin (their Supreme Court) made the decision to suspend this judge from her job indefinitely (Not Trump, not the FBI, not ICE, but the state court). A grand jury will review the evidence and will be deciding to bring this to trial or not (spoiler: it will go to trial). Judge Dugan’s constitutional rights are preserved and she will be afforded all the legal protections to defend herself against the federal government.

I knew that the Wisconsin Supreme Court had temporarily suspended her. I even mentioned it in my post that quoted the Milwaukee Independent.

I'm with you on letting the court decide if Judge Dugan is guilty or if the FBI can't provide evidence of their accusation.

The way I see it with everything we know right now is that Judge Dugan did nothing illegal, the person in question was actually arrested later, and this is a clear attempt at intimidation of the judicial branch by MAGA. This action is harmful to the American taxpayer because the judicial branch cannot fully operate with the obstruction of the executive.

That the executive branch is combatting the judicial branch right now shows how desperate they are in having total power over the Federal government or what's left of it after they have effectively dismantled most of the agencies that they directly control.

So the story goes that the illegal alien defendant was already once deported, and was in court with Judge Dugan for beating the shit out of a woman. Judge Dugan was aware ICE was outside her courtroom and seeking to arrest the defendant & deport. Judge Dugan went outside her courtroom and screamed at the ICE agents. She then instructed the defendant to leave through a private exit through her chambers in order to evade the impending arrest and detainment by ICE.

I’m of course paraphrasing on the story, but that seems to be an accurate summary of what happened. What in your right mind makes you believe that isn’t illegal? The law states that the state doesn’t necessarily have to aid and assist the federal government with their investigations & efforts, but they can’t impede them either. Seems to me that she went out of her way to assist this illegal alien criminal with evading ICE. That is obstruction and it’s illegal.

I’m happy they chose to prosecute this judge. She broke the law, and they should make an example out of her to deter other bench judges from doing the same. Pretty standard stuff here…
