That's not deflecting. Deflecting would be raising the issue of transgender sports in a thread about a presidential candidate being charged with stealing an election.

In Trump's court response to the prosecutor's request for a protective order for grand jury material, Trump's attorneys wrote the below, including the photo. Was Biden's tweet a thinly veiled reference by Biden to Trump's indictment, as Trump alleges?
