Even companies like CZ, H&K, Sig Sauer, etc. have manufacturing here because the cost & complexity of importing firearms is high. Can we ban gun imports? Yes. Would it be stupid? Yes, would there be consequences? Yes. Would it be expensive? Yes.
That doesn’t change the fact, we can ban gun imports. We are just unwilling to do it.
