The point was you were looking for statistics on accidental alcohol consumption. You said you weren't able to find much of anything on that topic. I believe that's the case because people know about the dangers of children drinking alcohol and they're probably concerned with keeping their goods rather than having a kid ingest some, dump it out, drop and break the bottle (likely getting hurt in the process), etc. I don't think we can say there's a lack of accidental alcohol incidents with children because they take a swig and think it tastes disgusting. Bleach, drain-o, glue... maybe it tastes good. I've never tried it, but a lot of kids have and were sent to the hospital or morgue as a result.

When the BAC level for DUI was reduced from .15 to .10, DUIs went down. When the BAC level for DUI was reduced from .10 to .08, DUIs went down. With that in mind, why wouldn't you believe more regulations would prevent more DUIs?

More regulations would be additional rules. Altering a value in an existing rule does not add to the regulations.

Well... there's a reason it's available in full on youtube, I guess. I was wondering more how having my devil-man drug dealer being the rollerboys would put an end to me. From the looks of things though, it can't be worth knowing.

The movie was out when I was barely growing pubes. It's worth a watch, just for the OMFG THAT PERSONS IN XXXXXXX NOW and then laugh because they were in this movie. Wearing rollerblades. And a mullet. And probably a trenchcoat.

Just watched the movie. Apparently they add stuff to their drugs to make the users of their drugs sterile so as to get rid of the genetics of the people that use drugs. Eugenics, they must be liberals.
