The right to unrestricted movement is a person's right to move from city to city, county to county, state to state without interference from the government. It does not allow you to plow your car into anybody who happens to be in the street.

Just for fun I looked up right-of-way laws in Virginia, and a motorist must yield to a pedestrian if the road traveled on has a speed limit of less that 35 mph (the road he was traveling on was 25 mph).

Also, your boy committed a hit-and-run on both several people and a couple cars, which are felony charges and misdemeanors respectively.


On a side note, are you a sovereign citizen?

If you're in a group of people marching around with communist flags, and blocking traffic, I give 0 fucks if you get ran over. You're using street gang coral tactics to spread fear. If you're displaying a communist flag you are just a big an enemy of our country and it's founding principals as any white nationalist.

These was a little festival event thing in my town over the weekend. A part of the town had people filling the streets. Do you believe that I would be in the right to take the cover off of my '87 Blazer and plow through them in it, or is that only when it's people who's political ideologies you disagree with?

You know as well as I do that festival went through the proper channels so they could block those streets for a festival. These people showed up without going through the proper legal channels and commandeered roadways obstructing peoples free and safe movement.

If we use your ignorant thoughts, I have the right to set up a barricade at the end of your driveway and you can't do shit about it.

That car was used as a weapon to remove an illegal obstruction. Don't want to get ran over? Don't illegally protest in the middle of the road where cars travel.
