Update. The person who's name is on all the fraudulent documents has been fired, and the police department is ready to file charges. Now it's in the hands of the county prosecutor: 2 forged checks and 2 fraudulent car payments, all tied to this person. All told about $5000. Hopefully it's a slam dunk, but fat chance anyone gets any more money back.

I thought about upgrading my cpu the other day. In order to upgrade I'd also need a new MB because sockets have changed in the intervening time... RAM has changed too so I'd need to replace my DDR3 with DDR4... and I've always meant to get a larger case...

I’d usually end up having to replace everything but the hard drive when I’d try to upgrade. Now I’m just like fuck it buying a new PC.

Video card upgrade requires bigger power supply, new PSU needs bigger case, new vCard needs cpu upgrade to avoid bottlenecks, cpu needs new mb, dmkfdksoskdifrmdidkficndfkvtodpev
