A fourth witness listed by Democrats, but possibly requested by the GOP, is George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley, who has criticized how Democrats have handled the impeachment process.

Because of the illegal activities being conducted by Parnas on behalf of Giuliani. The fact that Nunes also had a hand in this shows not only that he's wrapped up in the Ukranian bribery, but also that he had an impossible conflict of interest, but didn't recuse himself.
