The Biden Crime Syndicate has been trying to keep their power for 50 years, why would he change now? Also, he's hanging on just like RBG did, because they think they are better than every alternative and won't have to live with the consequences of what happens next.
Also, if Biden drops out, what true authentic alternative candidate do they have? I just wish it was already over, next 4 months are going to be tiresome.

Maybe, maybe not. The Constitution says federal judges "hold their Offices during good Behaviour," which is widely believed to mean that they hold office until they resign, die or get impeached. I'm not convinced that's what it means. Where does it say their terms can end because of resignation? Nowhere, but that's just common sense. Where does it forbid Congress from setting term limits? Nowhere, but that also is common sense.
