Simply put, in order to justify shooting in self defense, you must prove that your or another's life is in danger. Colloquially, you must reasonably fear for your life. That means if someone breaks in and does nothing and does not approach you with a weapon, does not approach you in a threatening manner and does not attack you, then you can't shoot them. Castle doctrine means you don't have an obligation to back down from an attacker and flee if at all possible so it doesn't apply here.
So, simply put, her mere presence does not justify or imply the necessity or reasonable threat necessary to justify a shooting. Unarmed, not advancing toward the cop, not making any threatening gestures or yelling at the cop. Where is your typical Leftist fervor against police shootings of "mostly peaceful" protesters? OH, right, you changed your position because you want to justify the cops actions in support of your agenda. Stop being a hypocritical ass. You can be against the protest and against the break in without saying it was ok to murder this woman, but you won't.
